For this exercise I chose to compare two specimens of coffee. The first is coffee that I brewed at home with a paper filter, the second is a cappuccino made at 'Joe Coffee' near Parsons. The reason I'm interested in looking at the coffee is because it's something that I consume a lot of it. The more you know…..   I'm curious to examine what the difference is in the outcome of the two different brewing methods.

The concept for the midterm is create a poster campaign to promote the use of tap water and to discourage use plastic water bottles. The campaign will not only highlight the negative effects of bottled water, but also a call to action - what people can do to prevent the usage of disposable plastic bottles. 

For the second trip to the Lang Lab, our focus was on water and water based substances.
